SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy is for Balloons & Beyond HTX and was last updated on 10/26/2026.

1. WHAT WE SHIP
Our DIY Balloon Kits ship anywhere in the United States. Pre-inflated items (Grab & Go garlands, helium balloons, bundles and backdrops) are available for Houston-area pickup or local delivery only and are not shipped.

2. SHIPPING RATE
Domestic shipping: flat $15 per order.
Free pickup is available from our Heights studio (1401 Greengrass Dr, Suite S2, Houston, TX 77008). Pickups are scheduled ahead of time.

3. PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME
Pre-designed DIY kits: please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery.
Custom color DIY kits: packed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Once your order is handed to the carrier, we'll email you a tracking number.

4. LOCAL DELIVERY
Grab & Go and other pre-inflated items can be delivered locally for a delivery fee based on location. We'll reach out after your order to confirm pickup or delivery details.

5. CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is submitted, processing begins and it cannot be canceled. If you have questions about canceling an order, please contact us.

6. RETURNS
Unused DIY kits in original condition may be returned within 30 days. Custom and sale items are not returnable. See our full Refund Policy.

7. DELAYED ORDERS
If processing on our end is delayed, you may cancel your order for a full refund. Carrier delays are outside our control. For orders already shipped, please check your tracking number with the carrier first.

8. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Balloons & Beyond HTX is not liable for packages lost or damaged after they are handed to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

9. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
